UAE Plans 15B Euro Investment in Greece
The United Arab Emirates has announced its intention to inject an additional €15 billion in investments in Greece, as part of strengthening the sustainable economic partnership between the two countries. This announcement comes during Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan's visit to Greece and builds upon the success of the joint investment initiative launched in May 2022, which valued €4 billion and has resulted in tangible investments in the energy and healthcare sectors. This step represents an expansion of cooperation efforts, aims to enhance mutual trust between the nations, and promotes the development of strategic projects, thereby supporting economic growth and competitiveness in the region.
