Nasr: Referral to High Judicial Council postponed

The Minister of Justice, Adel Nassar, clarified that the truck loaded with explosives at Dahr El Baidar was not permanently rejected by the Council of Ministers; rather, its decision has been postponed to the next session. He confirmed that the case involves the seizure of 800 kilograms of C4 and TNT materials, quantities that pose a threat to national security, especially given their potential use in military or internal operations. Nassar pointed out that there are suspicions about intentions to transfer and store these materials for military purposes, despite existing bans on the party's military activities, which endangers state security. He expressed confidence in the seriousness of the investigations and called for their expansion, emphasizing the importance of discussing the matter in the upcoming session and not underestimating its significance.
