Trump admin and Al-Aqsa Flood response
The article focused on evaluating how the Trump administration handled the events of the "Al-Aqsa Flood," especially after the third anniversary of the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023, and its impact on Israeli and American policies. It indicates that Israel believed Hamas was unprepared for a direct confrontation before the attack, but the assault revealed weaknesses in the American management of terrorist threats, reflecting America's failure to effectively monitor and evaluate such dangers. The piece also highlights the importance of the United States recognizing the significant impact of terrorist attacks and changing its foreign policy priorities to confront terrorism more seriously, particularly regarding global terrorist organizations. It draws on examples from previous events in the region and their influence on U.S. policy.
