Iranian Guards burn 7 ships near Hormuz

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy announced that four ships experienced violations, injuries, and fires after transporting oil shipments in the northern Gulf. Additionally, three other ships were damaged and caught fire following collisions with sea mines west of the Strait of Hormuz, in separate incidents. Iran accused the United States of inciting the ships to cross an illegal mine-laden passage, warning that continuing this approach could escalate the confrontation to U.S. bases in the region. Details regarding the identities of the ships and the causes of the incidents remain unconfirmed.
