The article claims that former U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Ukraine needs a new leader. It emphasizes that Zelensky, whose term ended in May 2024, has failed to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. His increasing criticisms suggest the need for a change in Ukrainian leadership to facilitate reaching a peace deal. Trump also called on Ukrainians to choose a new leader capable of signing an agreement, and urged him to stop targeting Russian oil refineries. Additionally, he considered the agreement on the export of Russian diesel to be unfair and a sign of Ukraine’s weakness, warning that it allows Russia to continue its attacks.
