Lebanese Forces Clarify Samir Geagea's Condition
In recent hours, rumors have spread on social media and news outlets claiming that the leader of the Lebanese Forces Party, Samir Geagea, was involved in a severe car accident and was transferred to the hospital. The party's media office firmly denied these reports. They confirmed that the accident did indeed happen, but it involved one of Geagea's security escorts who was traveling in a vehicle accompanying Geagea as he was heading to Jounieh. The escort was not inside the car at the time of the accident and was unharmed. Additionally, injured security personnel were transported to the hospital for medical examinations. The party also expressed gratitude to the public and followers for their concern and reassurance over Geagea and his family’s safety.
