Sidon Barracks employees' strike commitment

Official departments in Saida's Souks experienced varied adherence today to the General Administration Employees Union's decision to close on Thursday and Friday, in demand of better employment conditions and the calculation of ten liters of gasoline for each working day. Meanwhile, the Departments of Labor, Finance, Health, and the Water Implementation Department continued their work due to the importance of their services. The administrations of the Economy, Industry, the Educational Zone, and the Housing Foundation committed to closure. Other departments, such as Social Affairs, Civil Status, Public Works, and Agriculture, refused to receive citizens, while some offices, like the Real Estate and Survey departments, continued working normally. This comes as part of the broader movement by public administration employees to demand their rights and improve working conditions.
