Iran details future plans for rockets

Iran reveals a plan to expand the range of its missiles, based on lessons learned from the war with the United States, amidst continued U.S. naval blockade of Iranian ports and escalating tensions between Tehran and Washington. The Iranian Army spokesperson explained that Tehran has decided to work on enhancing its missile capabilities in order to respond to the positioning of American forces within a distance of up to 1,000 kilometers from its coastlines, and that steps in this direction have already begun. These statements come amid an escalation of military and political tensions between Iran and the United States, with the U.S. Secretary of Defense affirming that Washington's options include military action, and that the maritime blockade of Iranian ports will remain in place, as Iran continues to develop its missile capabilities in response to American threats and movements in the region.
