Fiscalía pide al Supremo permitir votar a los nacionalizados por ley de nietos
The Spanish Fiscalía has requested the Supreme Court to lift the suspension of voting rights for naturalized citizens affected by the law of grandchildren in the upcoming November elections. The ministry considers that the election date change complicates the implementation of the suspension and urges the court to allow affected individuals to participate in the legal process. This decision follows concerns over legal inconsistencies and the inability to notify thousands of impacted voters before the elections.
