Tam Platform Wins 2026 Gartner Award

The UAE-based "Tam" platform has won the 2026 Gartner Global Award for the Best Government Initiative in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, in recognition of its innovative approach to delivering AI-powered government services. Developed in collaboration with over 45 government entities, "Tam" currently provides more than 1,200 services, 96% of which are handled automatically. It is utilized by 4.7 million users and maintains a high satisfaction rate of 94.8%. Since its launch in October 2025, it has helped anticipate and meet government-related demands, such as license renewals and violation procedures, saving time and effort for users. The platform has achieved tangible results, including helping users avoid fines exceeding 17 million dirhams. The award underscores Abu Dhabi’s commitment to digital transformation and the effective use of technology to deliver faster, more efficient services, as part of a comprehensive plan to fully transition to an AI-driven government by 2027.
