The Saudi Ministry of Interior announced that field campaigns during the week along the Kingdom's borders resulted in the detention of 14,260 individuals violating residency, work, and border security regulations. Additionally, 1,524 individuals attempting to cross the border into the Kingdom were apprehended, with 36% being Yemenis and 63% Ethiopians. A total of 13,724 violators were deported, 18,808 were referred for travel procedures, and strict penalties have been imposed on those facilitating the entry or shelter of violators, including up to 15 years in prison and a fine of one million Riyals.
