Prison for Jan 6. Changed him
Lewis Easton Cantwell, a man convicted for his role in the January 6 Capitol riot, reflects on how the experience changed his views and life. After serving a five-month prison sentence and facing social backlash, he admits to regret over his participation and now accepts that Joe Biden won the 2020 election. Cantwell, who grew up in a conservative family and supported Trump, has since become more critical of political violence, supports criminal justice reform, and tries to rebuild his life through new businesses and relationships.
