Trump says term-end exit
Donald Trump confirmed that he will leave office at the end of his term, despite saying that a poll showed him leading by a wide margin and that he would run again if the law allowed it. He noted that he has two years left in the White House. The 22nd Amendment bars anyone from being elected president more than twice, and the next presidential election is scheduled for 2028.
