Trump Jet Delays Flights
A flyover by the U.S. presidential aircraft over the White House, timed to coincide with a Halloween event hosted by Donald Trump, temporarily halted air traffic at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and delayed dozens of flights. The late notice drew criticism: the Washington, D.C., City Council was informed just 15 minutes beforehand, while airlines were notified less than an hour in advance. A total of 202 flights were delayed, including 26% of departing flights and 17% of arriving flights.
