Trump’s VP cites foreign backing issues
U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance explained the reasons behind his decision not to endorse Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He emphasized that he has only supported one foreign candidate so far—the former Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, who lost in elections this year. Vance indicated that his current focus is on U.S. elections and supporting candidates within the United States. He also stated that his lack of support for Netanyahu does not mean he is opposing him, and that supporting the American president remains his priority. Additionally, he downplayed criticism directed at American Special Envoy Steve Witterkoff's remarks about Russian President Vladimir Putin, praising his achievement in securing the release of the American hostage.
