Israeli arrests over attacks on journalist and diplomats
The article discusses the Israeli police arresting eight individuals suspected of involvement in acts of violence and assaults on Palestinians and foreign journalists in the West Bank, including an attack on American journalist Heidi Levin. It was noted that investigations are still ongoing, and the suspects are Israeli under the authority of the internal security agency, which is rare in Israel. The attacks included setting olive orchards on fire and throwing stones at farmers. The occupation forces acted cautiously, amid increasing global condemnation of settler attacks and Israel's rejection of the legality of settlements, which the United Nations deems illegal.
