Khartoum Explosions and Drone Clashes
The article discusses the escalation of military operations in Sudan, particularly airstrikes targeting both military and civilian sites. Explosions and rising columns of smoke have been observed around a military installation in Khartoum, while the army has carried out strikes on Rapid Support Forces positions in Nyala, resulting in dozens of deaths and the destruction of leadership centers. Both sides are accusing each other of targeting civilians, with casualties and injuries reported in areas such as the livestock market in Nyala and the Bajon mine in South Kordofan. This reflects an intensification of the war and the use of drones to target strategic objectives, increasingly endangering civilians and exacerbating the humanitarian suffering in the country.
