Egypt plans emergency parliament session over Saudi mandate
The Egyptian Parliament has decided to hold an emergency session tomorrow, Sunday, upon the invitation of President Abdel Fattah Sisi, to discuss and authorize him to take measures to defend the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia if requested. This comes after Sisi's statement that Egypt is prepared to implement any actions necessary to protect Saudi Arabia and its security, emphasizing that Gulf support has played a vital role in restoring Egypt's capabilities.
