Sisi: Measures to Protect Saudi Arabia
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi stated that Egypt will take any action necessary to protect Saudi Arabia, expressing readiness to implement any steps Saudi Arabia requests to defend its security and sovereignty. Sisi reaffirmed Egypt's strong position in supporting Gulf security, highlighting the importance of partnerships with Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait, and thanked them for their support of Egypt after 2013, which played a vital role in restoring the capabilities of the Egyptian state. This came during his attendance at a graduation ceremony for classes from the Egyptian Military Academy, where he asked the academy to send a military salute to their brothers in the Gulf.
