Julio Iglesias Accused of Assault
Singer Julio Iglesias faces accusations of sexual assault and harassment from two former employees, who accused him during their work with him in the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas in 2021. The Spanish Public Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation following a second complaint filed by the employees, after previous judicial dismissals of similar cases. Iglesias denies all the allegations, affirming that he has not mistreated any woman. According to Spanish law, the National Court may launch a judicial investigation into the case due to its connections with Spain.
