Israel Extends Yellow Line and Bombs Gaza
The article focused on Israel's expansion up to the "Green Line" in eastern Gaza, where military vehicles advanced and control was extended, along with airstrikes on homes and weapons caches. There are concerns about a potential escalation of conflict and the possibility of arrests and killings of civilians. These movements come alongside ongoing targeted airstrikes against Hamas and Jihad officials and activists, while Palestinian groups continue to deny the presence of weapons caches in the targeted areas. The operations are concentrated on securing military control and inspecting tunnels, resulting in the displacement and eviction of dozens of residents from their homes, although Israeli authorities assert that these measures aim to uncover tunnels and ensure security.
