The forces have managed to take control of the Kahboub highlands front in Taiz, which is of strategic importance due to its mountains overlooking the Bab al-Mandab Strait. The fighting has been accompanied by intensive airstrikes, artillery, and missile bombardments across several provinces, including Marib, Al-Jawf, and Sana'a. Additionally, the government forces have conducted over 2,100 targeted operations against Houthi objectives, resulting in the neutralization of more than 1,800 combatants and the destruction of military equipment. The military escalation has been accompanied by troop mobilization and increased readiness, as the coalition forces reported the destruction of 82 Houthi military targets in response to attacks on Saudi territory.
