UAE halts response after Houthi attacks
The article highlighted the escalation of the Houthis' military operations in Yemen, as they announced targeting King Khalid Airport in Riyadh with a ballistic missile, which disrupted navigation activities. The Arab coalition confirmed intercepting and destroying a missile launched by the Houthis towards Riyadh. At the same time, the UAE condemned, and Saudi Arabia expressed outrage over, the ongoing attacks by the group on Saudi Arabia and vessels in the Red Sea. This development indicates that the Houthis are expanding their military influence amidst intensifying clashes with the Yemeni government forces backed by Saudi Arabia, and regional tensions are expected to rise as a result of these attacks.
