FIFA rules in favor of Mahmoud Kahraba against Qadsia
FIFA's ruling in favor of Mahmoud Kahraba against Al-Qadsiah SC confirmed that the player's contract was dismissed for a legitimate reason due to unpaid salaries. The club was ordered to pay $315,000, which includes $135,000 in overdue salaries and $180,000 as compensation for contract termination. The verdict's details indicated that the delay in salary payments and the receipt of a formal warning were the main issues of the case, rejecting Qadsiah's excuses regarding cash flow problems. It was also noted that the club could face a ban from registration for up to three transfer periods if the dues are not paid. Meanwhile, Kahraba received his full financial rights along with a 5% annual interest rate.
