Sudanese Forces Protest Blue Nile Governor's Residence
Rapid Support Forces attacked the house of the governor of Blue Nile Province in Damaizeen with suicide drones, causing damage but no injuries to the governor. Meanwhile, the Rapid Support Forces killed more than 25 civilians in the Al-Om Badr area in North Kordofan, with evidence suggesting that the killings were ethnically motivated and in violation of international law and human rights. It is worth noting that Sudan has been experiencing a war since April 2023 between the army and the Rapid Support Forces, resulting in tens of thousands of deaths and the displacement of around 13 million people. The army has made advances in North Kordofan and has taken control of several areas since July. International organizations are calling for an investigation into these violations and for those responsible to be prosecuted.
