UAE responds to Flydubai Tel Aviv flight
The UAE has confirmed that it is closely monitoring the incident involving flight FZ1073 operated by Fly Dubai heading to Tel Aviv. The flight was diverted and safely landed in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, following an altercation inside the cockpit that required crew intervention. The UAE Attorney General has ordered the formation of a team to investigate the circumstances of the incident, which is legally under the jurisdiction of the UAE since the aircraft is registered there and bears its flag. The investigation will cover the motives behind the incident, whether it is connected to terrorist activities or premeditated planning, emphasizing the importance of relying on official sources and refraining from speculation until the results are announced.
