UAE and Israel Foreign Ministers' Contact after Flydubai Incident
Sources reported a stabbing incident aboard a FlyDubai flight from Dubai to Israel. According to the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the incident was an attempted terrorist attack targeting Israeli and Emirati passengers, and it is believed to be linked to the Abraham Accords. The UAE confirmed that the situation was brought under control, and the Emirati Foreign Minister had contacted his Israeli counterpart to check on the safety of the passengers, offering wishes for their health and well-being. These statements indicate that terrorism will not undermine the strong relationship between the two countries.
