Israeli reports: Fly Dubai crew suspected of hijack attempt
The "Fly Dubai" flight to Tel Aviv was involved in a possible attempted hijacking after the co-pilot stabbed the captain during the flight, forcing the plane to make an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia. Reports indicate that the co-pilot likely intended to either crash the plane or take the passengers hostage, with Israeli passengers reportedly participating in restraining the attacker. Both the captain and co-pilot were injured during the incident, and images have circulated showing a passenger covered in blood sitting in his seat. Israeli officials confirmed that the information points to the possibility of a terrorist attack attempt, and the Israeli Prime Minister canceled his schedule to hold security consultations regarding the incident.
