Breaking news reports that U.S. President Donald Trump has decided to ban journalists from three major media outlets—CNN, MSNBC, and Politico—from entering the White House after revoking their press credentials. This decision comes as part of the authorities' crackdown on media outlets that criticize his policies, which the media organizations consider an illegal targeting and a violation of the freedom of the press protected by the U.S. Constitution. These outlets are planning to take legal action against the federal government based on the First Amendment, amid escalating concerns about the restriction of press freedom and the undermining of journalists' rights in the United States.
