Al Nassr Club Company is awaiting a response from the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) to a letter requesting clarification on why the team’s match against the UAE’s Al Wasl in the AFC Champions League Elite was postponed. Al Nassr attached documents showing that landing permits and official approvals had been secured, along with the flight number for the private aircraft that Al Wasl had sent before changing its decision. The club intends to pursue the available legal measures in coordination with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation. The AFC announced the postponement last week without explaining the reasons.
