Bayern await Olise news
Michael Olise injured his right knee during Bayern Munich’s 2-2 draw with Borussia Dortmund, but initial signs suggest he is likely to avoid a long-term absence. He will undergo a medical examination on Monday morning to determine whether he can travel to Spain and play against Atlético Madrid in the Champions League. Bayern have not officially disclosed details of the injury or how long he may be out. Coach Vincent Kompany is awaiting the decision, with no plans to risk playing Olise before he has fully recovered.
