Bostikoglu: Waste signals strength; tough match expected
The coach of Al-Nassr's first football team explained that missing scoring opportunities in the Neom match is a positive indicator of his players' ability to reach the goal, despite the narrow 1-0 victory. He confirmed that the team created many chances, and that this threatening capability is a strong point, with a focus on improving finishing before the next match. He also pointed out that changing player positions was based on the nature of the game. He praised the performance of the Brazilian Angel Gabriel, who created the only goal, and emphasized that the victory is important to maintain the team's competitive journey, while also highlighting the impact of the absence of some key players in the lineup. Al-Nassr raised its points tally to 22 from 9 matches, occupying third place in the Saudi Pro League table.
