Trabzon Defeats Beşiktaş and Salah Tops Scorers
Trabzonspor's team defeated Beşiktaş with a score of 2-0 in a match during the eighth round of the Turkish Süper Lig, achieving their first streak of three consecutive wins since April. Ozan Tufan scored the opening goal in the 41st minute, and Mohamed Salah netted the second in the 72nd minute, leading the top scorer’s chart in the league with 8 goals from 11 appearances, and guiding the team to fourth place with 16 points. It is worth noting that Salah recently joined Trabzonspor and has become one of the top scorers in the league, after Beşiktaş attempted to sign him in the summer, but negotiations failed due to financial reasons. Salah’s continued goal-scoring has strengthened his position as the league’s leading scorer, surpassing other players who have each scored 7 goals.
