Zamalek presses Football Association with questions
Zamalek Club's article focused on escalating its stance against the Egyptian Football Association following the 2-0 loss to Al Ahly in the top-tier match. The club is demanding transparency regarding the basis of the decision to reject their request to review the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) conversations, which they sought in order to investigate refereeing errors they believe impacted the match result. They point out that they were not officially informed of this decision and are calling for clarifications on the reasons behind it. Additionally, the club objects to the lack of clarification on the Federation's stance regarding controversial refereeing incidents they raised, urging for an official assessment of the performance of foreign referees and the implementation of unified standards to ensure fairness in competition. Zamalek is calling for greater transparency and integrity in the management of tournaments, demanding equal treatment for all clubs and an official clarification from the Federation on its position.
