Emirati horses compete at British Heroes Day
Emirati horses are preparing to participate in the closing of the British racing season, as they compete in the "British Champions Day" at Ascot Racecourse. The event focuses on "Ombudsman" competing in the Group One "Champion Stakes" over a distance of 2000 meters, aiming for his fifth victory and to claim the biggest title, after having previously won titles such as the "Prince of Wales's Stakes." He hopes to make up for his recent fourth-place finish at the "Galmont International." Additionally, "Al-Muraqq" is participating in the "British Champions Sprint Stakes" over 1200 meters, seeking his third win at the Group One level. Meanwhile, Godolphin's horses are vying for the "Queen Elizabeth II Stakes" over 1600 meters, led by "Took of New York," following previous victories such as the "Jules Sticks." The competition is intense, and trainers are hopeful of achieving strong results in this season-ending event, which is among the most prominent and historic races in Britain.
