Eraola: Barkola Improves, Leoni Returns Post-November
Liverpool manager, Jürgen Klopp, said that French forward Bradley Barcola still needs time to adapt to the team after transferring from Paris Saint-Germain for £123 million, despite his success in scoring three goals in the Champions League. He pointed out that injuries to players like Xhakka and Izaak affected his communication and interaction with his teammates. The return of defender Giovanni Leoni was delayed due to a long-term knee injury, and he is expected to begin training during the upcoming international break. Liverpool currently sits ninth in the Premier League table after six matches, with the team working on improving the understanding among new players and recovering from injuries.
