Ligue 1 name mix-up awareness effort
The French Ligue 1 Association has launched an awareness initiative during the upcoming matchweek to promote eye health. The campaign includes printing players' names in a blurred style on jerseys and using foggy visual effects on social media and stadium advertisements, aimed at encouraging fans to get their vision checked. This initiative coincides with World Sight Day and leverages the popularity of football to increase awareness about the importance of eye care and medical examinations. The campaign will culminate during the Lyon vs. Nice match with fan activities and entertainment content to reinforce the message.
