Dubai Racing Club hosts second EDHR group
Dubai Racing Club has launched the second edition of the Dubai Educational Horse Racing Program (DREP) for the 2026-2027 year, aimed at introducing high school and university students to the world of thoroughbred horse racing. The program focuses on providing a free educational experience that combines theoretical training with practical activities, including visits to stables, lessons on nutrition, veterinary medicine, technology, and sustainability, with direct interaction with industry experts. Participants go through five stages: exploration, field experience, professional communication, development, and a final presentation, where they are required to submit projects related to the racing industry, with prizes reaching up to 15,000 AED for the winners. The program seeks to expand youth participation, deepen their understanding of the field, and prepare them for future career opportunities in Dubai's horse racing industry.
