Ronaldo Nears Overthrow of Hamdallah
Cristiano Ronaldo, captain of Al Nassr Saudi Club, is approaching a historic milestone as the top scorer in the team's continental history. He has matched the record previously held by Moroccan Abd Razak Hamdallah by scoring 16 goals in the AFC Champions League, needing just one more goal to become the highest all-time scorer. Ronaldo scored in Al Nassr's 3-1 victory over Uzbekistan's Neftechi in the second round of the group stage, leveling with Hamdallah on the top scorers list. This comes as the player seeks to achieve new accomplishments with the team ahead of upcoming matches.
