The sultan leads the victory
Reports indicate that Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund has appointed Ahmed Al-Sultan as the chairman of the board of Al-Nassr Club for a new term, amid prospects of the club's ownership transferring to a new owner soon. This comes after the board was restructured following the end of the provisional council's mission, led by Munir Al-Khamees, which lasted three months. The new board includes members such as Ghanem Al-Ghanem, with Portuguese Luis Praevita stepping down. Since summer 2023, Al-Nassr's ownership has been transferred to the fund, and the current council, led by Musali Al-Muammar, continues to manage the club, with the possibility of future changes in ownership.
