Gulf Federation details Gulf 27 broadcast plans
The Gulf Football Association confirmed its commitment to managing all aspects of the 27th Gulf Cup held in the Arab countries in an institutional and coordinated manner, with a focus on the technical, organizational, and financial aspects. The tournament involved continuous coordination with the local organizing committee, particularly in the television sector, which ensured the delivery of high-quality broadcasts through IMG company. Requests to increase the number of cameras were accommodated at the union’s expense, with the committee bearing no additional costs. Broadcast coverage was expanded to nine regional and international channels, allowing the tournament to reach audiences outside the region in Europe, the United States, and Australia. Regarding tickets, prices were adjusted upon the organizing committee’s request to align with fans’ expectations, while adhering to uniform organizational standards to properly showcase the host country and enhance the tournament’s stature. Emphasis was also placed on relying solely on official sources when disseminating information.
