UAE coach: Prepared for Oman team
The coach of the UAE national team, Zlatko Dalić, confirmed that his technical staff have thoroughly studied the Oman national team, especially their performance in the final minutes of their match against Kuwait, which led to their qualification. He pointed out that both teams will face a strong opponent with great capabilities. Dalić also noted that the UAE players performed well throughout the tournament and emphasized the importance of preparing for the semi-final match, considering that winning the Gulf Cup requires strong effort and control of the game, especially given Oman’s strength. He explained that having two days of rest is sufficient for players to regain their energy, acknowledged that the competition will be tough, and stated that what the UAE team needs to do is work hard to ensure qualification to the final.
