Manchester City’s final chance in Premier League case
Manchester City Resumes Appeal to the Premier League Against the Independent Panel's Decision, Accusing It of Violating Financial Fair Play Rules and Misusing £830.69 million in Hidden Funding. The club claims that this funding came from the Abu Dhabi government and not the club’s owners, relying on the argument that the funding was linked to sponsorship deals with the government. The club aims to overturn the penalty and prove the legitimacy of its funding source, while the panel rejected this argument, considering it an attempt to justify long-term financial misconduct.
