Portugal marks post-Ronaldo with goals
Portugal achieved an important 2-1 victory over Denmark in a match within the UEFA Nations League, enhancing their position at the top of Group 4 with 6 points after victories over Wales and Norway. João Cancelo scored Portugal's first goal in the 13th minute, assisted by Gonçalo Ramos, who is increasingly seen as Ronaldo's successor in leading the attack. Denmark equalized through Mikkel Damsgaard in the 23rd minute. Ramos then scored Portugal's second goal in the 25th minute after a remarkable exchange of passes with Bruno Fernandes. It is worth noting that Ronaldo left the national team squad following a disagreement with the coaches amid reports suggesting the end of his international career.
