Zamparelli's Dispute Over 250M Euro Inheritance
Maurizio Zambarini's estate, the former president of Palermo and Venezia football clubs, is turning into a legal battle between his second wife and his children over the distribution of his wealth, which approaches 250 million euros. After his death in 2022 at the age of 80, the heirs have been divided over asset management, including companies, loans, and financial transfers, with each side presenting evidence to support their claims. The court has issued a seizure on assets worth 37 million euros and is currently investigating the validity of allegations regarding donations and transfers totaling up to 75 million euros, while the final value of the estate remains pending a court ruling.
