Cincinnati Nearing Deal for Ex-United Defender
Cincinnati, an American club, is close to signing former Manchester United defender Teryl Malacia after he underwent a trial period and tests with the team. The move comes after the release of defender Matt Miazga, which opened up a spot on the roster to sign him. Malacia appeared in 39 matches for Manchester United before suffering a serious injury that kept him off the field for approximately 550 days. He made his return in November 2024 before being loaned to Eindhoven. The deal is currently being finalized as a free transfer.
