Settlers strike at olive harvesters in Deir Jarir
Settlers, protected by Israeli occupation forces, attacked olive pickers and their supporters in the town of Deir Jarir, northeast of Ramallah, on Saturday morning, resulting in injuries to three Palestinians during the attack on Friday. The Resistance Commission for Wall and Settlement Monitoring documented 34 assaults since Friday morning, including attacking farmers, beating them, forcing them to leave, stealing their crops and equipment, and setting vehicles and trees on fire—all amid rising attacks on the olive harvest season. These assaults on Palestinian land by settlers continue, with the region's situation deteriorating during the harvest season.
