Unstable weather peaks Sunday evening
The satellite imagery indicates that the unstable weather condition will continue to affect the Kingdom on Sunday and Monday, with heavy thunderstorms occasionally expected, accompanied by lightning and hail showers, especially in the southern and eastern regions. The situation will be accompanied by strong downdrafts exceeding 70 km/h, leading to dust storms and sandstorms. It is advised to stay away from wadis (valleys) and water-accumulation areas, exercise caution while driving, and be alert to reduced visibility and cold weather at night. Precautions should be taken to ensure safety from floods and poor visibility.
