Storms hit southern regions and parts of Amman and Zarqa
The Meteorological Department anticipated that the unsettled weather conditions would continue, with moderate to heavy thunderstorms expected in parts of Ma'an, Tafilah, Karak, southeast of Amman, and southeast of Zarqa, urging caution to avoid flooding. It was also a sad day on Jordan's roads, with seven fatalities resulting from devastating traffic accidents in Aqaba, Amman, and the Mafaql regions. Advice includes remaining vigilant and avoiding flood-prone areas, as the unstable weather is expected to persist.
