Sunday weather alerts issued
The Jordanian Meteorological Department expects the weather to remain unstable in the coming days, with sporadic showers of rain that may occasionally be heavy, especially in the eastern and southern regions, with chances of thunderstorms and hail. The weather pattern begins today, Friday, and intensifies on Sunday, with rainfall expanding and accompanied by hailstones, along with increased wind activity that may stir up dust, particularly in desert areas. This could lead to reduced visibility and slippery roads.
